Honestly I was so intimidated when I walked in but everyone was so laid back and kind that my son and I instantly felt at ease. I have always been encouraged to call if I had any questions or issues at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone, don't be intimidated by the name! If I hadn't have been referred I probably would have been! My case was resolved in my favor but given the circumstances, I was prepared otherwise. Regardless of the outcome, my opinion would of the Firm would have remained the same.
