The Law Offices of Philip M. Flanigan provides the highest level of representation and service to individuals and families in developing and implementing their estate plans; assisting with legal issues affecting seniors including planning for long-term care and protecting their assets; estate planning for families with children with special needs; and in handling the administration of decedent’s estates via probate or trust administration.

After practicing law with a large law firm for eleven years, Mr. Flanigan established the Law Offices of Philip M. Flanigan in 1997 to better assist individuals and families by offering the following services:

• Planning for Medi-Cal coverage of nursing home costs

• Estate planning (Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney)

• Estate administration

• Protecting assets from Medi-Cal recovery claims

• Estate planning for parents of children with special needs

Hired Attorney Philip Flanigan

We met Philip Flanigan at a seminar about establishing a living trust. He was not high pressure and just represented facts about this product as well as his experiences. I feel the price was the same as other lawyers for the same product so it is a matter of finding someone you trust and will help you keep the trust up to date. He is also available to ask questions and give advice. Philip definitely has experience and knowledge for us to make good decisions regarding our living trust. He takes time to explain everything and is easy to understand.
