We did a great majority of the 'legwork' on getting documents and writing letters that were delivered to his office, only to have him not bring them to court.
I have been doing a lot of my own, getting records and such. I was told I would have to pay extra when they ask for files in my behalf. I think all of the cost should be included in the 5000.00 fee if I win my case.
I actually saw him in his Sacramento office, and was completely rushed in and out. I left there after signing some papers, not completely sure of what to expect next from the process. Then I received a letter telling me, and found out that he only communicates by letter in these matters. I really do not like that one bit.
