David Leath and Sean O'Rourke (his partner) represented me and my family on a few cases. Although the representation started off positive, it deteriorated over time. Communication was nonexistent, Mr. Leath often seemed to have very little time for our case and when he did have time, he seemed to be a bit lost. During discovery, I basically wrote all of the responses and he just stamped his signature after a cursory review. Eventually, without any prior warning, him and his partner Sean O'Rourke decided we were no longer a suitable client bc after a 2 year relationship with the two attorneys we decided to question a bill that appeared to be very high for the work done. The response to this was well when these questions start getting asked, it is time to end the relationship. For the quality of work you are going to get versus the cost, there are better firms out there. I would be cautious in hiring this firm.
