I was looking for a probate attorney for my son his father passed away and left him beneficiary of his estate and policies, because some the paperwork was missing I was advised to get an attorney. Another firm recommended Mr. Curtis so I contacted him and everything seemed good agreed to a price was waiting for the welcome package which never came so I called him letting him know we never received it and he was so rude and even yelled at me and I was just in a utter shock! If he didn’t want to be of service to us he could’ve merely said that!! All I will say is that God has a way of revealing people’s true colors!!!
I reached out to this firm on Jan 3rd 2020 to assist me in doing a Conservator-ship over my son. They sent me paperwork to fill out to verify conflicts of interest. Filled it out sent it back to them on Jan 7th 2020. By Jan 14th, 2020 I had not heard back so I emailed Mr. Rindlisbacher asking him for an update he replied "We will have the initial pleadings completed for your review this week"... Today is Feb 7th 2020 I have not received a call, an email, nothing. Not even a courtesy email saying sorry we cant assist you, or were to busy at this time, or we have a conflict just nothing. I guess my $4500 retainer was not worth it. Worse customer service, worse communication. The decent or courteous thing would be to at least say you are not interested in taking my case, just a simple email. But to completely blow off a potential client for a month and a week not sure how you guys stay operating? Worse communication, customer service or responsiveness.
