I can recommend this law firm without hesitation. My Worker's Compensation case was very complicated and took 11 years to resolve as I had a variety of serious injuries, was off work a year, and my employer was a public school district. The firm represented me at every turn including during 5 depositions; a multitude of written correspondence and phone calls throughout those years; review and response to volumes of medical records as well as the written reports of over 20 doctors, physical therapists and Utilization Review companies; filing paperwork over and over to object when my employer would try to deny treatment for my injuries; multiple court appearances and years' worth of back-and-forth settlement negotiations. In the end we prevailed, and I not only received a sizable amount of money without having to go through a trial, but also did not have to reimburse my employer for any medical treatment received along the way. I was referred to Mr. O’Keefe because of problems I was having with Workman’s Comp through my job. The longer I dealt with the Workers’ Comp people and HR at work, I felt I was being lied to. I was told I would lose my job if I didn’t return and so I went back which caused my problems to come back within six months. At my initial consultation with Mr. O’Keefe, things started to happen. He dictated a letter while I was in his office. After that, all I had to do was sit back and let him take care of everything for me. And that is what he did. He took care of me. I didn’t have to do a thing. He put my work in place and kept them off my back.
