My parents had done their living trust with Lawrence, and my mom had passed away, and my dad and family went to him for next steps. 1) Very unclear/confusing communication - There were 3 of us (besides my dad), all with native born english speakers, and well educated (Harvard, Stanford and Berkeley). Not one of us could clearly understand what he was trying to tell us. 2) Rude & disrespectful - When asked to clarify next steps, he mocked and scoffed at us. Offered no condolences, and talked down to my dad (whose English comprehension is not good). 3) Unprofessional / incomplete legal advice - My parents and brother had done a living trust with Lawrence many years ago. He never advised what to do with it, nor what documents or accounts should be updated with the Living Trust name. We only found out after asking others, and when we asked Lawrence, he derided us for not doing this earlier. I would highly recommend NOT using Lawrence. You are wasting money by using his services. BEWARE

This lawyer has a very very bad attitude, I have my will of trust done by Lawrence K Leung, I went back to have questions of my will of trust, and asked what documents to submit to the Alameda County, he yelled at me and won’t let me explain! Then he was very unwillingly to check the Alameda county website and found that the deed has already changed to Trust which I did not realize and have not received the update Deed documents which he said he gave to me ( I believe he did not send me the updated Deed ) I was very disappointed and very upset with this Lawyer and not recommend him to be your lawyer 👎👎👎

Similar to the other reviews, this lawyer is a time waster and money chaser. He is overly rude and is not pleasant to deal with. He may appear friendly when you first meet but it is a disguise in order for you to trust him with his services which he will then over charge a large sum of money for. Please avoid at all costs and please save yourself some time and money.

Mr. Leung is only for the money, he is very unethical and unprofessional. He does not explain information to the clients, and does not have good manner too. I wasted $1600 and referred friends to him, we all so regretted. save your morney, don't go to him.

Lawrence J Leung, MBA, CPA, Attorney at Law is very unprofessional, unethical and not as smart as all his degrees imply. I took my elderly father to see him for some legal guidances on a complicated and desperate situation. Instead of providing us smart tips, a work around or tax reduction strategies, he lectured my father on what the law said and told him what he did wrong. Then charge him an arm and a leg for his one hour of lecture. That whole hour he used me to translate to my father instead of him explaining directly to my father even though he claims he speaks Chinese. I didn’t realized that was his tactic to waste time. Then he wasted another 20 minutes pretending he was searching on his computer to help us but didn’t yield any good solution. He is a useless and unethical attorney! Don’t waste your money! Trust me and go to Faye Lee, attorney at law who provided me more tips and strategies in 10 minutes on the phone than an hour with Lawrence Leung and free of charge.
