My brother was the client, but since he is now deceased, and since my interaction with Gonsalves @ Kozachenko resulted in charges to my brother, I feel entitled to submit this review. My deceased brother and my other living brother (brother #2) would all concur on this review. I found the billing charges of Gonsalves @ Kozachenko outrageous. My brother #2 and I called with very simple questions that were answered in less than a minute, but resulted in charges of close to $400.
Dan Preddy was a best friend to my father for decades. Then my father got dementia and stopped paying for their golf outings. Dan, then ghosted him and our family. My mom and I begged him for help with legal stuff but we were ignored. He has no compassion. What a piece of garbage! My father died last month. If he will do this to his best friend, I imagine he has no sympathy for you either. I advise anyone to not hire this asshat attorney. He will abandon you just when you need him the most.
