Hired Attorney

Mr. Preddy, is the best Family Law attorney you can ever spend your money on, the most HONEST person. Very attentive to your concerns, needs, excellent on following up with anything. He has become our family lawyer for the past 12 years.He is not only representing us but is also representing 2 other family members. If you want a great attorney this is the best one you could ever hire. He is confident, assure of himself, and that is very important. He is well RESPECTED in the court room.

Hired Attorney

Dan Preddy was a best friend to my father for decades. Then my father got dementia and stopped paying for their golf outings. Dan, then ghosted him and our family. My mom and I begged him for help with legal stuff but we were ignored. He has no compassion. What a piece of garbage! My father died last month. If he will do this to his best friend, I imagine he has no sympathy for you either. I advise anyone to not hire this asshat attorney. He will abandon you just when you need him the most.
