Hired Law Firm

Curtis Romanowski is the worst lawyer I have ever known.He violated client confidentiality by sending private documents to the opposing counsel, he showed up at mediation without ever preparing the required mediation statement, he appeared in court but was completely useless because he did not know the facts of my case, and he failed to return phone calls and emails for a month at a time. And that's just a short list of complaints - he was negligent, incompetent, and ineffective.

Hired Law Firm

Hired Romanowski Law offices to handle Alimony issue. Was advised that the court had placed another lawyer to monitor the firm , as Mr Romanowski was unable to serve clients interests. Have been unable to recover most of retainer. Have applied to fee arbitration as well as Ethics Legal Complaints. Have been advised Mr Romanowski has filed for Bankruptcy. Further , have been advised that Mr Romanowski ( as of 9/5/2017 , is unable to practice because he has not payed fees for Legal Client Fund.
