He agreed to file a motion, but didn't. I filed an ethics complaint, which was denied because I was under indictment (They take care of their own - don't they ?). I filed a fee arbitration complaint, got a new lawyer, and Reisig agreed to refund my retainer. After ignoring 3 deadlines, and over a year of BS, I got my $.
