Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich P.C. is a boutique law firm comprised of highly trained and experienced environmental lawyers who represent small business, individual, non-profit, government and corporate clients in environmental, land use, and related complex litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and neighboring states.

Many of our projects involve real estate that has been contaminated or is subject to environmental restrictions. Our attorneys assist clients in navigating the hazardous site remediation process, and we have a long history of success

in securing funding for environmental cleanups, including recovering insurance proceeds and contributions from former site owners or operators. We also counsel clients concerning environmental issues, laws and regulations that affect their properties, business operations, and interests.

Stuart and Jennifer were amazing with us from day one. Communication always excellent and responses to emails and questions are prompt. Stuart is very understanding, explains process and give a realistic understanding of not only the law but how the way a case is handled ultimately affects your day to day life outside of the courtroom. Very honest and professional. I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do I will absolutely call Stuart Lieberman.

Our community group in Union New Jersey retained the firm Lieberman Blecher & Sinkevich to represent us for a multifamily development project being proposed that required a minor variance adjacent to our 1 family zone. What complicated this case was the zoning for the lot was changed in favor of the multifamily development which presented many uphill challenges for us. Stuart Lieberman as the representative of our group had a very mild demeanor but was aggressive and concise in attacking the validity of the developer's professional team, exposing many deficiencies in their presentation. He exposed the Civil Engineer, the Architect, the NFPA Fire Prevention expert and Traffic consultant, illustrating the plethora of negative impacts that this development would have on the community and the township. The long and short of it is WE WON 7-1 and the township board rejected the proposal. We will not hesitate to utilize their services if the need arises again. Thanks Stu.
