I hired Frank Larocca to represent me in a legal matter and was disappointed to say the least. Mr. Larocca was not compassionate and did not leverage a very important advantage I had to win me a more equitable order. I wrote a compelling motion myself that had all of the facts attached, such as receipts and proof. I basically did the work for him. All he did was care about me saving money by not going before a judge and convinced me to mediate the matter. Ultimately, he gave in to nearly every one of the plaintiff’s attorney demands. He locked me into a deal where the NCP doesn’t have to abide by the consent order or schedule set forth in it. As a result, I have been left destitute and over worked and when I tried to present what has changed and why I wanted to present a motion he kept saying this is too emotional for me. I have a feeling all the positive reviews come from men. The good ole boys club and basically I should just write the NCP a check each month!
