Very poor customer service. I've had to call them out a few times for not providing updates. I had to call the court for information that they should have provided me. I just found out that they made a charge to my account in January without informing me. I called them out for not contacting me for 6 months, this week, and their response was to send me a letter saying that they want to quit the case without paying me back the $5,507.75 that I have paid them...It's outrageous!!!...I will file an attorney ethics complaint.
