I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Gillman Capone Law during my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. We were ignored for weeks after paying our retainer. We were unrepresented in court for a wage garnishment hearing. The conclusion was 100% repayment, no help on student loans and an impossible monthly payment. Very unprofessional and combative staff. No sense of urgency and zero understanding. The end result was the same debt (+3000 for retainer), a seven year stain of bankruptcy and absolutely no chance of a refund of retainer (although they have done nothing but put us in a worse spot than before). This was a horrendous mistake. I feel like I was speaking to a scam artist more than a law firm.
