Hired Attorney

I called Mr Niemann extremely upset about my brother abusing his POA duties. We had a phone conference where he answered all of my questions, made suggestions and gave me courses of action to take. Whenever I contacted Mr Niemann or his office they got back to me quickly. I am extremely pleased with with his services and HIGHLY recommend him.

Mr. Niemann assisted us in a guardianship matter. As my case became unexpectedly complicated, he gently guided me towards an optimal path to obtain my desirable result. He helped avert the psychological distress while minimized legal costs I incurred. Mr. Niemann is insightful, informative and affable.
