This law office has been one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences I’ve ever had. I was blatantly misled years ago, assured my case was fully resolved and that no further payments would ever be required. Now, 9 years later, they blindsided me with a large bill — padded with interest — and pressured me to pay just to finally be done with it. Communication has been poor and unprofessional throughout. My questions and concerns were brushed off, and I felt as though no one was advocating for me or even taking the time to explain what happened. Dealing with legal matters is hard enough; being treated without compassion and made to feel like an inconvenience is unacceptable.
