Hired Attorney Rosemarie Parker

I paid this lawyer to start my probate case and she refused to do anything I asked of her . She was supposed to enter in court for me and she never did. She missed a court date. She ignores all my calls and messages that I leave with her assistant named Jackie . I don’t get letters from the court because they send them to her and I don’t receive them from her because she ignored any type of communication that I try to have with her. I have not received my money back. I have not received any other paperwork given to her or sent to her by the courts for me. The biggest headache ever. I would not recommend. I will be filing with the Illinois state bar and anyone else I can make a complaint with.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
