I hired Mr. Dance to be my attorney through my divorce and help in the solidifying custody of my daughter. I'm so glad I did and can't thank him enough for everything he did for me. I am very dissatisfied with this lawyer who handled my divorce and child custody. I felt he was unresponsive to my concerns, often leaving me uninformed about crucial developments. I do not feel this attorney seemed committed to fighting for my interests, especially not challenging erroneous/misleading statements by my ex-wife, for which I had hard evidence to refute. I believe he failed to present crucial evidence in court, and failed to cross examine the Guardian ad Litem, who had information that was critical and would have affected the outcome. Ultimately, I did not secure a fair custody arrangement for my children. Throughout the entire divorce process drawn out over 2 years, I felt frustrated and disregarded despite paying truly exorbitant legal fees.
