Tracy Houck was thorough, familiar with the community and the hospital, and also had just finished serving in an office of the local lawyers association. Her explanations of the legal system were to the point and informative. Even though the attorney representing the hospital was from out of the area, I felt confident with her as my attorney. I was always kept up-to-date if there were any changes within the case. The demeanor of the receptionist, attorney and aid was outstanding.
Tracy was patient in explaining some things several times to me. I had been in an automobile accident and was under quite a bit of pain medication in the beginning. Tracy was also willing, prompt and helpful when an issue concerning my situation came up after I had paid her for her services.
Mr. Snead was very helpful in his legal advice for starting my small business. He is prompt and efficient, very courteous, and professional. His fee was affordable as well.
I have been using this law firm for years until Paul Simpson retired. Once he retired I contacted them multiple times with no response. I called this week to have them review a document, the same Paul Simpson reviewed in the past. They stated they had no one that could review it. Unfortunately, after speaking to the front desk that did not understand business law, and no response from any of the lawyers at this firm that could do what Paul did in the past I am finding another firm. Its a shame since this was my goto firm in the past.
It is so difficult to communicate and barely receive any valuable advice. Almost all the time I have to push to receive a response and no real guidance from them
