I Was Displeased because he had told me everything was fine that he was going to handle it gave me that relaxed motion so i didn't think that i was going to get charged then he comes back and tells me to take a charge i didn't commit and that i was going to be charged regardless because i was intoxicated, first of all i was assaulted and i didn't commit a crime, and he had told me to take the assault charge like if i the was the aggressor. i presented him with evidence that wasn't present
