Daniel Turczan is a lawyer. Daniel has been licensed for 15 years. Daniel practices at Livesay & Myers, P.C. in Fredericksburg, VA.
I did not have the easiest case, and I wont go into details, but Daniel, who was "representing" me ended up putting me in a bad position. Two days before the hearing. I was told by Daniel, that judge would make it a point to crucify me, and I was lucky to get the "agreement" (custody battle) that I did. We continued corresponding and I thought we had reached somewhat of an agreement. 10 minutes before court was to start I was handed a stack of papers. NOTHING I said was in there, and there was a long list of stuff I would never agree to. After reading through about 3/4 of it, I still had many questions.. but was ushered into the courtroom. Mr.Turczan did not represent me for very long following that day, and I didnt know if, or how to appeal it. I have since found a much better lawyer, but that "agreement" is in place, signed by Mr.Turczan, and there's nothing I can do. Also, I received a miniscule amount back from the retainer. Charged a lot and did very little. More harm than good
