Mr. Buczek literally saved my career from a false accusation of assault and battery. He clearly and concisely analyzed all the evidence and was able to pick apart the holes in the false accusation. Mr. Stone helped me win back my kids from an unprecedented situation that was unfair and cruel. Mr. Stone was compassionate and straightforward throughout the process. Don’t expect constant communication but rest assure, Mr. Stone is working for you and your case - you have to trust him. He truly understood what was going on with pure facts I provided and his assessment from day one through the court outcome was spot on. I placed complete trust and confidence in him to do what he said - it was no easy task, but Mr. Stone made sure I was in the know about everything I needed to know. He didn't let me down! My outcome in court went better than I expected and for a dad to get physical custody of his kids - was a huge accomplishment for Mr. Stone. Mr. Stone helped me in child support matters with a situation that was unfair at best. He was spot on with his assessment of what would happen, and of opposing counsels inexperience . I trusted him to do what he said, and did not worry him to death, or bombard his office with emails/calls. He didn't let me down! My day in court went better than I could have ever imagined.

I was represented by this law firm during my divorce and I was let down as a father. I found them using the employee support group benefit I had and which they are apart of Elizabeth was a great talker and these firm will bill you. Right before my court date when she was suppose to represent me she was exposed to COVID. I asked for a continuance. This was because I felt she knew my case the best. She assured me her partner would be able to help me this in a four day turn around. Well It did not turn out well for me I ended up losing on all grounds. The property and lost more time with my daughter due to the new custody arrangement custody because of the lack of preparation by her replacement. He also stated he was not happy representing me because of ESG agreement which capped his hour rate this was in the court house. She was able to recover and clear up some issues later on when we cleared up the custody but by then the damage was done. AVOID THIS FIRM. Specifically Anthony Williams

We found out the last week of Nov my divorce case was being thrown out in VA and was going to proceed in NY. I asked then if I should seek legal council in NY - I was told not yet, that Stone may be able to settle. At that point Stone had earned $1435 for work performed. Last week I secured a NY lawyer for thousands of additional dollars. Since I asked about getting a NY lawyer, Stone charged me $1150 for answering my concerned emails as No - you do not need a NY lawyer yet. Would not recommend.
