Allen Allen Allen & Allen professionalism is amazing and their compassion is outstanding. Mr. Appleton and Jillian handled my case both times. Injured in a car accident is one of the hardest challenges I've had to overcome. However, injured in two different accidents in the span of two years is worse. I'm now still experiencing PSTD and some days are challenging however the level of support from the both of them was amazing. I highly recommend Allen Allen Allen & Allen because they not only worked hard on my case they made sure I was awarded the most out of my case. David Sturm took my case at the last minute after I was screwed over by my first attorney, who then referred me to another attorney who left his firm. My accident occurred in the middle of the Covid season, so getting care was almost impossible unless you were dieing. That being said, everything dragged out with the first attorney almost to the 2 year deadline to file in court. When David and his legal assistant, Rose, took my case, there was about 6 weeks left. Based on how everything played out, I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you David and Rose.

My son and I were involved in a major accident in his junior year of high school that left him with a severe concussion and months of therapy. My son who was a high school football player at Highland Springs at the time missed the rest of his season and junior year scouting opportunities. As his mother, I wanted justice and God led me to Ryan Wind. He is efficient, sympathetic and honest. During trial, he created a well-crafted story through testimony from both me and my son. From his opening statement to his closing argument, there was really nothing the insurance attorney could dispute. The judge was so impressed that when he rendered his judgment he said, "I don't normally do this, but I'm going to give the defendant everything he's asking for." Yes, you read right! We went in with a number and we walked out with it. Ryan is an amazing lawyer and if you have a situation where you have been wronged and are looking for justice...look no further, Ryan is EVERYTHING you need!

You can find no better team to handle your auto accident case than attorney Jaime Kessel and supervising legal assistant Virginia Reynolds. I was aware of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen's reputation, as a long-time Virginia resident. After some research I selected Mr Kessel and I could not be happier! Both Mr Kessel and Ms Reynolds were great to work with, very responsive to my questions and concerns, and available via phone, text, email, or office visit. I highly highly recommend Allen and Allen. They really do mean business, unlike another firms slogan ( what a damn joke) If Mic or his boss, Teresa tells you they are gonna do something, bank on it.
