Larry Finegan was found in civil contempt of bankruptcy court for attempting to lien child support money and for having a judgment placed against me for monies that were discharged through bankruptcy. He should well know the law. Child support and alimony were in arrears for $87K and it me took 7 years to receive a divorce from a domestic violence felon. He ruined my life by dropping my case, as he informed me that "he was running for a seat as a Frederick County Judge."
