Hired Attorney

Elizabeth was professional, expeditious, and supportive as she reviewed my materials and prepared my petition for divorce. The process was flawless. I credit her with a peaceful resolution. Many thanks to her and her staff!

Hired Attorney

If you're researching family law attorneys, the law office of Elizabeth Stup is the way to go. Elizabeth is well respected in the courts and has the expertise to get the job done in a professional manner. She only practices family law as opposed to some other attorneys who "also do" family law. Trust me, it makes a big difference! Elizabeth Stup is as good as it gets. Throughout my entire child custody case I was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Hired Attorney

Ms. Stup is unresponsive and forgetful, it took her 3 weeks and two emails from us to finally give us a draft of a proposed modified custody agreement, which was generic in nature; she didn't even take the time to try and make it look like she was listening to our specific requests. She was defensive regarding the response of the other party, stating that they "have every right to ask for more money" and that we had to hire a WVA lawyer to file a petition for contempt - BOTH PARTIES ARE IN MD!
