Pat’s knowledge, confidence, patience and willingness to explain things gave me more confidence than I ever imagined I could possess under the circumstances. She was brutally honest and sometimes told me things I didn’t want to hear. She made it clear that it could go either way. Even though I was terrified at the idea of losing my child, had never been in court before and had no idea what to expect, I knew Pat would do everything she could for me and my daughter.

Pat McDade started out as a concerned Lawyer handling a simple probate case for my deceased brother in law. AFTER 2 1/2 YEARS it wrapped up! 2 1/2YEARS!! She stopped communicating with me after the Will distributions were completed. I had to hire my own Lawyer to do all my correspondences (at my expense). I asked her to make sure my sisters name was on the monies donated to a local charity and she never did. I had to contact the charity to do all the leg work. Then she had the gall to charge her fee which she said initially would have been pro-bono. My Lawyer said he found her fee to be extremely on the high end for a simple case like this. DO NOT HIRE THE LADY OR THIS FIRM!!! Run!
I'm amazed she is still in business. She represented me in a divorce in 1995-2000. She CONSTANTLY got confused with the facts. She CONSTANTLY sent me with erroneous, pageous-long last-minutes briefs that were to be submitted in only an hour or so. She BUNGLED the appeal, and had outrageous mistakes in the facts. Because of Pat McDade, I actually paid retroactive alimony to a woman who had actually had a boyfriend and had remarried during this retro-alimony period. (She told ME!) Beware.
