Katie was kind but was not able to be aggressive have the strength needed to better settle my case. In many instances, she just asked me what I wanted to do. I am not the attorney, I needed her counsel in order to make the best decisions. In retrospect, due to the lack of her strength and leadership, the best decision was not chosen. Additional, Katie attempted to withdraw from my case on 4 occasions without moving forward due to nervousness of the opposing counsel. Katie Zipper Law does not posses the ability to properly inform you of where your money is going, have strong leadership skills and the true strength to take on your case and work hard for you.
