If I could give zero stars I would!! 1 star is too high of a rating in my opinion!!! Like another review stated, Angela Hoover does not return phone calls, emails, etc!!! She'll act like she's "busy" working on your case, but really she's not!!! We hired her (HUGE mistake), and TWO YEARS LATER, she LITERALLY did NOTHING!! NOTHING!! She kept telling us she was "working" on it, but she wasn't!! She then LIED and told us that it was done, but when we told her we were coming to see her in person, her story suddenly changed!! When she then felt the pressure of ACTUALLY HAVING TO DO HER JOB, she (like a coward) quit, returned our money, and then tried telling us that we didn't have a case?!? Funny, that she didn't feel that way THE WHOLE TIME she was dragging us along!!! If that truly was the case, then why take TWO YEARS to tell us?!?!? Because of her being inadequate at her job, we now can't pursue our case!!!! DO NOT HIRE ANGELA HOOVER!! TRUST ME!! You’re better off representing yourself!
