Do not use them to close when buying a home. First, my closing was delayed because they “lost” my buyers agreement from the sellers before I could even sign it. I called for weeks with no response. Finally, I walked into their office and my paperwork was sitting on the front desk. We had to push back closing by a month due to their incompetence. Their communication is terrible. If you leave your number, don’t expect them to return your call. I left three messages a week for 3 weeks, and it took me going to their office in person to finally get the issue resolved. They are also incredibly slow at everything. Don’t expect anything to get done in a timely fashion. I definitely would never recommend them to anyone.
