I have done many different kinds of transactions, including complicated Real Estate deals as well as working with potential litigation and business LLC setup and stock. I would highly recommend Ken and this firm. Having seen another client comment, I had to say that my experience, over two decades, has been EXCELLENT.
His office staff is terrible to work with and his bank is worse-they wired double the money to us and inconvenienced us by having to pay for sending them a check express delivery to return the money. And-we were told-you don't get closing documents with the buyers signature-I guess in NC it's a guessing game as to IF and WHEN you closed on property. We had another attorney when we bought and it went very smooth. Our advise is to look for a different attorney when buying or selling.
