Hired Attorney Mr. David Spivey

We consulted with Mr Spivey regarding a custody case. It was money well spent! Although we did not use Mr Spivey for the case, because I was out of the area, he gave us the best advice we've received so far! Mr Spivey clearly knows the law. He's very easy to talk to, he's straightforward, genuine, compassionate, easy to understand, quick with suggestions and strategies, and overall just a very, very nice man! I was so impressed by him, and I just can't say enough nice things about him. He is clearly a capable attorney in ALL areas of law. Thank you again Mr Spivey! Your advice was spot on! Fully understand where I stood. How it would worked. I would recommend Mr. Spivey, and will look to him if anything else comes up that I need a Lawyer in such matters.

Hired Attorney Mr. David Spivey

I had a refinance on 8-16-21 I show up all the doors was locked I knocked and no one answered, I went to the back and did find a door open and proceed in, and said hello and Mr. Spivey asked me how I got in advised him through the door, and then he asked what I needed? I replied I have a closing at 11:00 for a refiance so he asked me if I could go to the lobby to sit. He comes back with the phone in his hand and hands it to me... I say hello and the women I made the appointment with tells me her husband broke his hip over a week ago and she cannot be there, and she says she is sorry mind you..I have taken off work and I have workers at my house doing repairs and will need there money I asked why no one called me to cancel...basically there response oh well sorry I WOUL NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING....OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING

Hired Attorney Mr. David Spivey

David C. Spivey is the worst lawyer i have ever encountered!!!! He will not do his job. He will not do as he is asked. He will drag out the case to suit his own needs. He is lazy and arrogant. He will not communicate with his client and acts as if his client is stupid and beneath him. He will take your money but he will never refund a dime.{para}I would NEVER recommend this attorney. Will, unless you have someone you dislike.
