Hired Attorney

I don't feel he stood up for me. IE: My Ex took me to court to take away child support and increase my college amount to pay. Mr. Norris should have stipulated an amount if my daughter attended BSU only. If another college is used, IE: local college, then the amount I would have to pay would be less. Also, I was/am expected to pay her car insurance. At the time she had an 1985 Oldsmobile. I had no say in the car her dad got her this year which is now costing me more for her insurance.

John Norris Vandivier Norris & Solomon 103 East Monroe St. Franklin Indiana 46131 United States- Absolutely would pass on this firm and specially John. Do not feel he stood up for me in any way, even during mediation said little to nothing even though we discussed what I would accept and not accept. Along with a poor outcome, now costing me thousands of dollars dealing with what he completely ignored in my divorce and child support. I feel he not only didn't stand up for me, but also did not protect me in any way for any future disputes that was discussed in detail. Always was "wait and see" as an outcome. I should have went with my gut and fired him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
