My 17 yr old friend needed help when the father of her child sought custody. I went with her to talk with Mr. Woods. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind and considerate toward her and me. Although the father was being very uncooperative, she was able to get the help she needed. The fee was reasonable and Mr. Woods was very kind and understanding about her financial status and arranged for payments continuing after her case was completed. I would definitely recommend him.
During one visit, I asked if he would review the legality of a will and he did it for free.
He is a horrible lawyer! He billed for every email, even when he wasn't able to assist me. He overlooked key factors of the court order, that were important to the entire case. he did nothing more than conversate with me about what would screw me less as he was unable to actually assist me. I trusted him to help me out and he just put me farther in the hole. Shady practice, horrible with communication, only cared about the money, didn’t fight for me like I was told he would. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone. He will only take your money and do nothing for you in return.
