Hired Attorney William Kirkland

William Kirkland was the executor of a probate case i was involved in. He couldn't have done a worse job. He was dishonest, didn't fulfill his fiduciary duty, made derogatory remarks about his deceased client and that's only a few examples. He drug out a simple estate for 3 and a half years. The sole beneficiary received nothing thanks to Bill Kirkland. The estate account of the deceased was approximately $170,000 and was reduced to $450.00. The deceased bills were approximately $17,000. He took the rest. Please never hire him regarding any probate issues. He will rob you blind.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
