Hired Attorney Daniel Cappetta

My son has had many run ins with the law, and Dan Cappatta has represented him for over 9 years in various cases. He has done an exceptional job representing him each time, winning each case. The most recent case ended August 2019, with a dismissal at trial. I/we would highly recommended Dan Cappatta to anybody who needs a criminal defense lawyer.

Mr. Cappetta is an exceptional lawyer who went above and beyond all my expectations. He was extremely thorough with his work, very detail oriented and was always prepared when we discussed my case. When I first contacted Mr. Cappetta, he did exactly what he said he would do. He met me the same day I called him and went to the courthouse to pull my file. He had a consultation with me that afternoon, and assured me this would all work out and be dismissed. The next morning, he met me at my hearing, and sure enough my case was dismissed with a small court fee. Daniel is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney. I highly recommend him.
