Attorney Buono is excellent in all his fields of expertise. Not only have I used him as a real estate agent in transactions for my clients but we used him as our attorney when selling and purchasing our own properties on 3 different occasions. He is reliable and trustworthy in his practice and in his client relationships and with people in general. He has also referred me to the best attorney qualified to handle something not in his field. I/We highly recommend him.
Lack of communication
Mr. Buono represented me as a buyer in a real estate transaction. He did not communicate very well, did not respond to emails or phone calls, and did not explain the Purchase and Sale agreement to me. He did not inform me that a written notice had to be submitted to the seller by a certain date in the event I did not have a mortgage approval. He submitted a request to extend the mortgage contingency a day late, after the contingency expired, and this mistake cost me $16,000.
