William S.Harris is well educated and only interested in making money. Mr.Harris can be bought by other party... everything is a deal! Mr.. Harris filed my appeal in wrong court intentionally to make me think I was getting a Great appeal in my case...He knew the Court of Criminal Appeals would refuse... I was ignorant to the facts of my case and did 21 years in prison because of Mr.Harris was scheming with the State to send me to prison as a innocent person... I currently have "five" documents proving my innocence and the District Attorney sent me a 71 page Brady Claim... I reached out to Mr.Harris and He has not responded... I still have 9 years of parole. Even the 2nd Court of Appeals in Fort Worth knew about the notice of appeal being filed in wrong court...by the Docketing Sheet "perfecting the Appeal"....yet I was never notified of the notice of appeal being filed in wrong court by the clerk. Mr.Harris intentionally ignored presenting "facts" at trial that I pointed out to him
