My experience with Mims Ballew Hollingsworth was amazing. The lawyer Jessica Alvarez, that took my case was always a phone call away. She helped me win my case. I will recommend them to everyone I know for sure. If things end up coming up in life and I need help they'll be the first ones I’ll call.

When I hired Alexis, I thought my case would be easy and quick. It was not. However, Alexis made it as simple as possible. She was always available when I has questions and was not only quick to respond but also explained everything. She is really great about fighting for what you want but also knowing how far to go and when to stop. Her support was incredible. I highly recommend her as representation!

Tim is amazing at what he does and truly gifted at looking at numbers and the big picture! I am so blessed to have been able to trust him throughout my entire legal process! His services are PRICELESS!! Every single person who has asked me about my attorney has heard me say, “He’s so good! Worth every penny!” I would pay any amount for the peace I had and level of trust I felt knowing that Tim would have my best interest in mind and get the best possible and most just outcome for me! I NEVER had to worry about anything! Tim was always prepared and always ready for everything and covered every single detail in any situation! Anytime I was stressed or worried about something, once I discussed the situation and my concerns with Tim, my anxiety immediately subsided and I felt at peace and that I had an understanding of what to expect! A friend of a friend recommended Tim Alexander after her divorce. When I asked my friend who was recently divorced if she likes he lawyer she said, "I did, but you should use my friend's, she was so happy with him." I am so glad I was referred to Mr. Alexander, I immediately felt I was in good hands. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and walked me through the divorce process. I am very happy with how my case was settled and I feel choosing Tim had a lot to do with that.

I would not deal with this firm again. I had a very short consultation, about 10–15 minutes. Later, they told me they wouldn’t take my case because Constance would be out and Kelly didn’t want to take it. That’s all they did, but I was charged $2,000. They also ordered transcripts for $75 that I didn’t ask for and don’t need. Very disappointing.

If I could provide 0 stars I would. I cannot speak on the behalf on the other attorneys within this firm but I can say that Brian Alpiger is an absolute DISGRACE to this firm. He never once specified that the amount of the retainer would extend past the amount necessary for the case. He actually AFFIRMED on several occasions that it would be enough. I specified from the BEGINNING that I wanted the non custodial parent to be billed for my fees which he FAILED to specify on my relief. It took SEVERAL attempts to contact him to get him respond and was INADEQUATE in communication. DO NOT HIRE HIM !
