About Matt Peacock

Matt Peacock has been practicing criminal defense law for over 5 years. During this time, Matt has handled several hundred criminal cases, ranging from class C tickets to first degree felonies. With over 75 trials and contested motions under his belt, Matt loves being in the courtroom and fighting for clients. Matt has handled cases in Tarrant Co., Parker Co., Dallas Co., Denton Co., Johnson Co., Erath Co., and Taylor Co. There is not a place Matt won’t fight for people.

Many of the cases Matt has handled- because of the persistence of trial, his knowledge of the law, and not bending to the prosecutor’s whims- have been negotiated to favorable results for his clients, with many being outright dismissed or reduced before even having to have a trial.

Matt is dedicated to helping people. He understands, that for many people, being arrested is a very trying time. Matt prides himself on his communication with clients and attention to their needs as the case proceeds. With Matt, a client is not a number. A client is not forgotten. Matt enjoys being the voice of hope and peace for folks in a difficult time.

The mission of the Medlin Firm, true dedication to your defense, is a natural fit to Matt’s philosophy and skill set. Contact us about how Matt and the Medlin Law Firm can fight for you.
