Mark has been my lawyer for almost 20 years . By not only is he my attorney he’s a family friend. I have no worries if I go to court knowing he’ll be there . He takes the time to get to know you as a person not a client ! He is as real as they come !
Mark is a corrupt, alcoholic bald-headed scumbag, he will take your money and take the first plea, he doesn't fight for your case. Doesn't show discovery. He more or less is in the DA's pocket and will take whatever they offer against your best wishes, take your money and run unless you want a lot of probation or time in jail. Terrible attorney.
This guy is a lazy alcoholic and posts it all over his Facebook page, told me he would show me discovery & go over our best defense, this didn't happen. Multiple times I had to remind him of my own court date, he takes the plea and will not fight your case! Let alone even show up in court, he sends some bug eyed attorney named Adam with a suit that doesn't even fit him properly, this law firm is trash full of complete clowns I pray Mark gets his license to practice taken.
