I was less than a day away from losing my home. Viviana took the time to see me as quickly as she could and help me save my home. She treated us with dignity and respect. My only concern was after the filing when it was difficult to get a call back from the paralegal assigned to my case.
Initially, she was responsive and offered solutions and advice. She was personable and pleasant. My deep disappointment came when she passed our ongoing matters over to her staff. They were often out of the office, overwhelmed and unresponsive. When questions were asked the answer was often, "I have to ask about that" - with NO follow up. Our case was actually dismissed due to lack submission of important documents by her office, which she had, and acknowledged as having, costing us double fees.
