Hired Attorney

Telling my wife that she is offered 19 down to 14 yrs in prison for a 3rd degree felony which only carries 2 to 10 is wrong. Refusing to have a mental health evaluation is wrong. Not asking for a bond reduction on a 100,000 cash bond is wrong.Speaking to others without clients permission is wrong. So would you hire this attorney?

Ma'am you have been stating unkind and untrue messages related to me on any website, social media page, email, and telephone you can for the last 30 days. You are not the legal wife of the client I was appointed by the Court to handle a case for. I know you are upset because I have no legally binding obligation to communicate with you as you are not my client. You did not pay me any amount of money to work any case for you. I do not force anyone to do anything we are set for a contested hearing as my client expressed disinterest in the plea offer extended by prosecution. Please review Texas Penal Code 49.09 to get an understanding plea offers prosecutors are well within their rights to offer. I take my reputation very seriously and I implore you to stop spreading falsehoods. I am choosing to exercise grace and mercy but please know that I have added this false review to my file of all of the disparaging communications you have made towards me. I am well aware that hurt people hurt people and I am sorry you and your partner find yourself caught up in the legal system but turning an ally into an enemy is not wise. Defense attorneys always get the blame for predicaments people find themselves in, and we are simply here to help after the fact. God bless you and carry you through this difficult time.
