About Mr. Bruce L. James

Bruce L. James has over 43 years’ experience as lead trial and appellate counsel in complex litigation and arbitration matters. He’s represented clients all across Texas, but he started his career in labor and employment law in Houston. There, he represented management in disputes involving a wide range of union and employment disputes as well as companies charged with violations of OSHA. Bruce has represented clients in administrative matters before the NLRB, OSHA, EEOC and TCHR.

An accomplished aviator, Bruce is also heavily involved in commercial litigation matters for companies in the aviation industry. While in Corpus Christi, he represented members of the petro chemical industry in toxic exposure cases, anti-trust claims as well as ad valorem tax evaluation matters in both state and federal courts.

I feel that minorty mainly civil rights civil law litigations is impossible to obtain by these attorneys office in ft worth texas its a pattern of non issue no I dont do civil rights discrimination issues of law that seems a standard answer for ft worth dallas an denton areas ive called to find a civil rights attorney for civil law why......
