Brett Wyatt was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1990 and brings over 25 years of law experience to the firm. His expertise is in consumer, commercial, and real estate law, and he has experience in the areas of probate, oil and gas, ad valorem taxation, condemnation, family, and social security disability law.
Mr. Wyatt is an active member of the community as an elder, trustee, and chairman of several committees at Ridglea Presbyterian Church, as a board member of the Tarrant County Appraisal Review Board, as Past President of the Meadows West Homeowners Association, and as a Special Commissioner appointed to determine fair compensation in condemnation proceedings. He and his wife of 18 years, Dawn, have five children.
