Very Efficient
I retained Ms. Edmonds for legal services and paid the required retainer promptly. Unfortunately, once payment was made, communication became extremely difficult. While I understand that attorneys often have demanding schedules, it raises the question of why the case was accepted if adequate attention could not be provided. I made multiple attempts to reach her—through her assistant and by voicemail—yet responses were sporadic at best. On one occasion, it took nearly three weeks to receive any acknowledgment from the office. Ultimately, due to the lack of communication, I felt I had no choice but to proceed with the lawsuit on my own, without representation. I wish the best for anyone else who hires her.
