I hired Theisen & Associates, located in Indiana, to defend me against DEFAMATION. In a public Facebook group, Defendant called me a drunk violent child molester, who got him drunk and tried to assault him. Defendant lived in IN; John Theisen "represented" me. WHAT A MISTAKE. Under oath in another case, opposing counsel [OP] stated several times both he AND MY LAWYER thought this was "satire". OP brought false evidence against me using junk science and convinced Theisen "she made him do it. She had it coming to her." Due to poor reading skills, OP also stated I actually agreed Defendant's statements were satire. John Theisen called me and said I cost him too much money and to settle for less than my legal fees. In an email, he made it look like he had no clue the settlement offered was going to say "the statements rightfully viewed as satire". I have it all. The emails, the testimony.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
