Hired Attorney Robert W. Gevers II

Gevers law office team was incompetent and following the initial sales pitch, showed absolutely no interest in handling my case. I paid Mr. Gevers $300/hr, but received a far worse experience than I’d expect from a public defender. My case was an OWI charge, but I was below the legal limit. All it took was the prosecutor looking at my case to dismiss it, but unfortunately this took over 5 months. It took an additional 2 months for the correct paperwork to be filed to reinstate my license. I was without my license for 7 months! My case was delayed on 3 occasions because Mr. Gevers was never available for court. One time I cancelled a business trip to California, and as I was arriving on the footsteps of the court, I was called by the office informing they rescheduled my date. Still my license still has not been cleared, but Mr Gevers has ignored my many request and questions regarding this issue. They also ignored my emails constantly throughout the case. AVOID!
