Tom Stucky wasn’t pleasant to work with. He was my divorce mediator He relayed information so quickly that I had to ask him to slow down and repeat himself at times. I also felt rushed to make decisions quickly. The energy he gave off made me anxious. The situation was stressful but having Tom for a mediator made it much more stressful and tense. When discussing custody of my 17 year old son, I said I wouldn’t agree to my ex-husband having sole legal custody of our son, even though he was turning 18 in roughly 10 months. Tom argued that it was only 10 months and that it wouldn’t make a difference. He dismissed my concerns like they didn’t matter. He kept pressuring me to agree, when he’s a mediator and is suppose to stay middle ground. My attorney can vouch for me and how upset Tom made me. I turned toward him and told him I would not be pressured into agreeing to anything but joint custody. In disbelief I watched as he shook his head and sighed in disgust. I do not recommend him.
Rossman is a horrible liar who got paid extra and paid off people for victories. She thinks she can keep people silent and not let her horrible service known. I won’t stop writing these until justice is served.
