Mr Boyer was retained to represent my company in very complex commercial dispute. David is a very knowledgeable lawyer with excellent communication skills. His billing was always accurate. I would definitely recommend David to prospective clients.

I think I spent less than an hour on the phone regarding an Involuntary Bankruptcy charge that was submitted against my company by the Carson Boxberger office. After the initial consultation Mr Boyer had already drafted a response to the court and filed it within less than an hour. The charges were complete groundless and Mr Boyer had them withdrawn. This is a first time I've ever received a retainer back from an attorney and spent so little time regarding a consultation and resolution.
